Millions of dollars on the line with struggling charter school 

More than $3 million of taxpayers' money has been spent at a troubled charter school and there's no guarantee any of the money can be reclaimed if the school closes.
A report revealing unsuitable teachers and poor leadership at a troubled charter school has been released by the Ministry of Education more than two months after it was due.
